Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data I process when you use the molnarkrisztian.hu website and get in touch through it, for what purpose and legal basis, and what rights you have in connection with it. It is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information ("Infotv.").

2. What data I process, and why

2.1 Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form on the website, I process the following data:

If a contractual relationship (engagement) results from the contact, data arising from it is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law (typically 8 years).

2.2 Email, phone, WhatsApp

If you contact me directly via email, phone, or WhatsApp, the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, message content) is processed for the purpose of communication and providing a quote, under the same principles as section 2.1 above. Communication via WhatsApp is additionally subject to Meta's (WhatsApp's) own privacy policy, since messaging takes place through Meta's platform.

3. Cookies

This website uses cookies. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies are always used for the site to function, and no separate consent is required for these. Statistical cookies are only loaded with your explicit consent, which you can give or decline via the cookie banner shown on the site. A detailed list of cookies, their purpose, and lifetime is available in a separate cookie notice (currently published in Hungarian at this page; contact me if you need it in English).

3.1 Google Analytics (planned use)

I plan to use Google Analytics on this website in the future for statistical purposes, to measure traffic data (e.g. pages viewed, time on site, approximate geographic location). Google Analytics will only activate if you explicitly consent via the cookie banner — without consent, it will not run. Google Analytics transfers data to Google LLC's (USA) servers; such transfer relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or other appropriate safeguards provided by Google.

3.2 Google Fonts

This website loads fonts via Google Fonts. This transfers your browser's IP address to Google's servers in order to download the font file. This is technically necessary for displaying the website and does not use cookies.

4. Data processors

I use the following data processor to operate the website and to receive messages sent through the contact form:

• Forpsi — web hosting, technical operation of the website and its associated email-sending function.

Data processors handle the data transferred to them only according to my instructions, to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Data security

The website is only accessible over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Data provided through the contact form is protected with appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental loss or damage.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding the personal data processed about you:

• Right of access — you may request information about what data of yours I process.
• Right to rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data if there is no longer a need or legal basis for processing it.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to object — you may object to the processing.
• Right to data portability.
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without justification, with effect for the future.

If you believe your data has been processed in violation of applicable law, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority:
